Deliveries and returns

All Desa products are shipped from the UK.

Deliveries within the UKYou will have the option to choose from three delivery types when you check out.

If the item in your cart can fit in a large envelope, the option for this delivery will show at your check-out. 
Royal Mail standard delivery in the UK takes 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail standard delivery in the UK takes 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail signed-for express delivery takes 1-2 working days. This delivery will require a signature.

EXPRESS GUARANTEED DELIVERY (delivered by 1pm the following day): £10.00
If you order by 2pm Monday-Thursday, Royal Mail signed-for guaranteed delivery will get the order to you by 1pm the following day**. This delivery will require a signature.

All other deliveries*: We would love to be able to deliver our products all over the world and have a list of international deliveries that we offer. If your country is not included as an available option, please drop us a message here, and we will try our best to sort something out for you.

Europe: £6.00 This service takes 3-5 working days

Europe: £9.90
This service offers next working day delivery and will require a signature.

**Please note:

  • Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days, and we will process your order the following working day
  • Any import duties or customer duties fall unto the customer to settle either on or prior to delivery
  • Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order

Tracking your order:

We want to make sure that you have peace of mind when you purchase something on Desa. We suggest for you to register your email address with us so that we can send you an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.

Desa cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

All Desa products are individually quality checked before they are posted to you, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then you can return your order by following these steps;

  1. Let us know of your return by email ( and we will send you further instructions on where to post the item to. Please note that you will need to do this within 14 days of your order. Please see below terms and conditions on when we cannot accept a return.
  2. Please return your item in its original, unused condition, along with your contact details (name and invoice number) inside the box that you are returning. Any items returned without an invoice number may not be refunded.


  1. All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there is anything wrong with the delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours. We will not be able to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time
  2. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded
  3. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately and the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We are unable to refund your postage costs
  4. When you post your item back, you need to get a proof of postage of your return. Desa will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
  5. Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery
  6. You will be sent a credit note if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery
  7. All returns must be received by Desa Life within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund/credit note
  8. Personalised or made to order items are non-refundable
  9. We do not offer exchanges
  10. Please note 'Sale' items are non-refundable and to qualify for a credit note, it must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery
